6. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree NOT to:

Use any technique, method, or material from our programs with clients, patients, or third parties in a professional capacity without current valid certification from Resulta Consulting.

Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or recreate any proprietary method or content.

Use our Services for any unlawful purpose.

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, videos, audio recordings, written materials, methods, and techniques provided through our Services are the exclusive intellectual property of Resulta Consulting and are protected under UAE and international copyright, trademark, and trade secret law.

"Vagus Nerve Reset Training" and all associated program names are proprietary methods of Resulta Consulting. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without express written permission.

9. Medical and Health Disclaimer

Our Services are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological care. Nothing in our programs constitutes medical advice. You should consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any wellness program, particularly if you have a diagnosed medical or mental health condition or are taking prescribed medication.

We are not liable for any physical, psychological, or emotional effects arising from your use of our Services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Resulta Consulting, its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our Services.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim or $50, whichever is less.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Resulta Consulting, Ugis Strauss, and their affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses including legal fees arising from your use or misuse of our Services or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to any Service at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the relevant program ceases immediately. Refund eligibility in cases of termination due to violation of these Terms is at our sole discretion.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall first be submitted to good faith mediation between the parties. If mediation fails to resolve the dispute within 30 days, the matter shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the Rules of the Latvian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Court of Arbitration. Arbitration shall take place in Riga, Latvia, in the English language, and may be conducted remotely by video conference at the request of either party. You waive any right to participate in class action proceedings.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. For any disputes not subject to arbitration, exclusive jurisdiction rests with the courts of Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable program disclaimers, constitute the entire agreement between you and Resulta Consulting regarding your use of our Services and supersede all prior agreements.

17. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
