Week 4: Neutralizing Traumatic Memories. Learn Technique #3 to neutralize negative traumatic memories in 2-3 minutes. These memories often cause anxiety attacks. You'll practice releasing bad memories to lower stress levels.
Week 5: Identifying Anxiety Triggers. Discover how to find memories that trigger your anxiety patterns, even if you don’t remember them now. We'll create a plan to release them, spending up to 25 minutes daily, reducing anxiety attacks.

A: Certainly. The program is structured as a 12-week 1:1 mentoring sessions, with the possibility of extending to 4 months for more severe cases. Each week, we'll have a 60 to 90-minute session via Zoom. These sessions are crucial for learning and applying the techniques, as well as for making adjustments based on your progress and feedback.
Between these sessions, you will have home assignments. Initially, these assignments will require about 30 minutes of your day applying the techniques when anxiety strikes. As you progress and become more comfortable with the techniques, the time commitment will increase to up to 60 minutes daily for the 2-nd and 3-d month in order to terminate the root causes of your anxiety. This practice is essential for reinforcing what you've learned and ensuring the techniques become a natural part of your daily routine.
The combination of weekly sessions and daily practice is designed to provide you with a comprehensive toolkit for managing and terminating anxiety, allowing for substantial improvement within the 12-week period, and lasting effectiveness afterwards.

A: It's important that you feel confident and comfortable with the method we choose. The method itself comprises about 6-10 different techniques, each tailored to address specific types of anxiety or trauma. If during our sessions you find a particular technique isn't resonating or providing the desired results, we have the flexibility to try another. After the second session, this increases to about 50 minutes a day for approximately seven weeks, again plus practicing whenever anxiety strikes. As your anxiety decreases, you'll spend about 30 minutes a day until the end of the program. After the program, a preventive routine of 30-60 minutes a week is recommended to maintain your progress.

A: One of the great benefits of this method is that there are no side effects like those you might experience with medication. Additionally, since we don't delve into detailed discussions of traumatic memories, you won't have to relive painful experiences. The techniques are designed to be gentle and effective, providing lasting relief without the discomfort associated with traditional methods.

During the Ukrainian conflict, I launched “LIFE After Trauma” to provide rapid relief from anxiety, panic attacks, stress, and prevent PTSD and depression among Ukrainians affected by the war.
